BUSINESS POLICIES

Payment Terms

Full payment prior to dispatch for standard orders (Cash Before Delivery).
40% deposit to start production, 40% progress payment, and 20% final balance before shipment.

Claim Requirements

All shipments must be insured, and clients must provide an uninterrupted unboxing video as physical proof of damage to process claims.

After-Sales Support

Full replacement for any items received with factory defects or damages
Expert on-site or guided product installation services available upon request.

Delivery Lead Time

Production takes approximately 14 business days for every 1,000 panel pieces (100 m²).
